Clean Fillable DW card

Okay since I was asked, here's a clean copy for anyone to use (as long as you cedit me and those I use the references from would be nice). If you do download, please fav so I know (plus I can give liamas )

Again, this was a group project for eveyone in to get to know a little about everyone. (but I suppose anyone else whoivan can use too ^^.)

In the download is the PSD file with all the groups and layers and effects are in place, ALL you have to do is type your answers and input some images where I have a little yellow star (which you don't see in the perview image).

Oh, one last thing I forgot, if you have any problems working in the layers or finding where to put things, or w/e. just comment or pm/post me and I'll see if I can help, though I think I may the finding layers obvious by naming them.
